Hope and Balance
Master level Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCDC, NCC). My primary focus is trauma therapy through EMDR, Expressive Arts, and DBT, Family Therapy through Experiential and Structural Therapy, and Addiction Therapy with Motivational Interviewing and Twelve Steps. I also have experience working with children and adolescents using Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Expressive Arts.
